Dear sir Passbook photos I have booked my ticket on 15.02.2018 but due to some technical issues transaction have been fail and i have no received money. For your reference i have attached mail which is received from irctc. Irctc id-mbb007 An amount of rs 910.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 15-feb-2018 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered. I cancelled my ticket [ PNR No:[protected]] on 03 Jan 2018.It has been more than a month but refund hasn't been credited to my account yet. I reported this issue via mail but there is no proper response. Kindly enquiry my issue
