Irctc — Improper name boards / multiple numbers for same trains

Dear sir
We have booked a ticket from WL to BPL on 26 july 2014 in TAN-Jammu Express(16787). The PNR numbe of the ticket is : [protected]. When we reached the station and waiting for the train, there was a other train Himasagr express (16317) reached station at 7:45. We could not see any other number on the name plates (like 16787/16317). We thought it was a different train not the the 16787 train. When we enquired station matser he told, both 16787 and 16317 tyrains are same. There is announcement from station side also. Finally we missed the train. We need justice for this. We need our money back (ticket money).
We have filed a TDR syaing that " PNR Number: [protected] for reason "Train Diverted And Passenger Not Travelled",
