Irctc — intentional wrong sms about train cancellation | |||
yesterday (28.-5.2015) I got an sms from IRCTC about cancellation of today's (29.05.2015) train no. 12260 and it also stated cancel your PNR to get the refund. I tried to check online, but network failure was shown. I cancelled my ticket and shocked to find that rs. 1030 is cut from total amount of rs 4070. I continuously tried IRCTC customer care and at last executive replied me very casually that the sms has been sent by mistake. he did not promise full refund. I request him to cancel my last cancellation. he told me that not at all possible and blamed me for not checking the train status. thus IRCTC just transfer their fault to innocent consumer, who believe them. It is their duty to arrange altrernative for the suffered people. it is now impossible to buy arrange another ticket in this rush hour. flight ticket also very costly. and for their wrong doings why we will pay cancellation charge. we did not have any intention to cancel our journey. now when i am seeing my train is just at time, what will be my metntal suffering. IRCTC MUST REFUND FULLY WITH COMPENSATION. I am not only singled one out. there are so many customers of different train, who are duped by IRCTC by cancelling their train tickets beleivivg IRCTC and now finding that their trains running on time. It is an intentional act of money making rackets. IRCTC SHOULD BE punished for it Was this information helpful? | |||
