[Resolved]  Irctc — IRCTC Flaw in booking of Tatkal Tickets

I have recently booked a tatkal ticket on IRCTC website and happened to be the disastrous day for me. Transaction ID : [protected] PNR: [protected] The rule says the Tatkal ticket can be booked 24 hours before your "Journey Date". This ticket was booked on October 25, 2014 for Journey on October 26. This was the date selected while searching for tickets. Even the search results showed the available tickets for the requested date. But to my surprise, the ticket was booked for October 27, 2014 !!! How can that be allowed ?? That is 48 hours ?? To our dismay, we did not look into the journey date on the last page, as I cannot have expected that to happen. The next early morning when we reached, it was a horrifying experience for me. The ticket was for the other day. I need complete refund of the ticket amount from IRCTC.
