Irctc — money not refund in my account till 15 days | |||
Dear IRCTC, My money has not come in my account.finally I call to Bank they said IRCTC has not sucessfully refunded amount.please contact IRCTC customer care.then I call IRCTC customer care they also said please send screenshot of mail which is show refunded amount to IRCTC customercare website. Your complaint will have resolve in 24 hours. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible with out any new problem. Transaction id is [protected] ticket is not booked on 22/10/2018 for Tatkal but amount is deducted of RS 1321/-pls refund my amount no reply from irctc care
