Irctc — money not returned | |
I was trying to bookmy ticket online but it was not booked and a message was sent by irctc that " an amount of rs 5540.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 20-dec-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked." but the amount has not been deposited in my account bynow. Complaint was made by me several times earlier but it has not been redressed. Was this information helpful? | |
