Irctc — Non-booking of tatkal tickets online

Today I tried booking at 10 am one Tatkal ticket for myself in Kaifiyat and it gave the same message :"This site is currently unreachable. Please try after some time", at 10.04 am status appeared that all class tickets went wait listed. The train has about 259 Sleeper, 32 in 3A, 15 in 2A, which means a total of 306 tickets under tatkal and all got booked within 4 minutes of opening of tatkal booking. Not only this train other trains also went wait listed for tatkal Now with current situation no online user can book tatkal ticket online. It surely looks fishy.
