I tried to book two tickets for myself and spouse for journey from Howrah to Secunderabad on 13 June 2015 by II AC sharp at 8.00 am today, i.e.01 April 2015 when booking for period beyond 60 days but upto 120 days opened. Twice @ Rs.4846.18, i.e. a total of Rs. 9692.36 has been deducted though no ticket was issued on the pretext 'server is busy'. Ultimately I was able to book at 10.50 AM that too tickets not preferred by me. I felt this is unfair, since I tried to log in at the beginning of the booking period and I was denied a booking. I request you to support me on two accounts:
(a) Kindly refund the amount of Rs.9692.36 as early as possible.
(b) Kindly arrange to provide me better berths. Presently, the ticket details which I have been provided are as follows:
PNR:[protected], Train 12703, DOJ :[protected], 2A, HWH-SC. I.CHATTOPADHYAY+1, A 18 and A1.
