[Resolved] Irctc — non refund of ticket amount on train cancellation during HUDHUD even after 2 months passed | |
I have booked my ticket vide IRCTC User ID - sug1502 Booking date

Pallavi /Age 21/Female PNR Number: [protected] Train : 12897 PDY- BBS Express
Journey date[protected] Quota Tatkal. But the train was cancelled due to HUDHUD
cyclone i suffered lot, any how i came VSKP by next day by another train. Due
to Power cut and non availability of net near about 15 days at VSKP i could not
cancel my ticekt or frame the TDR within the schedule time. after restoration
of the power and net i was applied for cancellation through IRCTC in response
to my message IRCTC given one ID for further correspondence i.e. [
IRCTC#545209] but till date there is no response or refund of my amount. As i
am a student kindly request you to please consider my grievance and arrange for
payment of my refund amount. with lots of hope and expect no further my again
