[Resolved] Irctc — Non supply of Food in Rajdhani Express- Refund there off | |||
The u/s along with other two family members were travelling by 12425/ Jammu Rajdhani Express on 23rd May, 2014 vide PNR NO:[protected] in coach No:B-5, seat No; 1, 7, & 8 in 3T AC. During travelling we requested ur IRCTC staff for Continental food which they refused to serve & I asked them either to supply me the complaint book or call the catring Manager. They did not supply the complaint book inspite of intervention of TT but Mr. U.V.Singh, Catring Manager started misbehaving with us along with RPF inspector Mr. Tomer and did not either supply food to us nor complaint book .Nence u r requested to take approprate action the concerned staf[censored]nder intimation to u/s And ferund the momey of the food items paid by us in the ticket, other wise I am compelled to seak the justics fron the concumers court.
