[Resolved]  Irctc — payment has been deducted twice

dear sir, my transaction has been done twice for pnr nos. [protected] train nos. 12853 my user id vinodBS. d.o.j. 4-10-14. plz take action as soon as possible. actually what happens is once i tried to do reservation and all the procedure is done successfully but reservation is not done successfully. then i tried again and this time i was successful but both time the deduction is done. so i kindly request you to return that money to my account number[protected]. hoping for the positive reponse from your side.
