Sir/Ma'am,
This is to inform you that today[protected] platform number of train YPR-Patliputra Exp (22352) was changed abruptly on Katpadi (KPD) station. All the displays as well as announcements said the train is to arrive on 2nd platform. We were waiting for the train on 2nd platform at KPD station at boogie number 8th position because that is where our boogie was to arrive according to the display board. We arrived at the station around 13:20 and the train was to leave at 13:35, we heard all the announcements and they all said 22352 will arrive on 2nd platform. After a while we came to know that the train have left from 3rd platform rather than 2nd platform.
This is my humble request, please provide the details of the procedure of how I can refund my Tatkal ticket's money. Above mentioned situation is not at all my fault and I don't want to pay money when I haven't travelled.
