Irctc — please refund my money .

On 20 th march it ried to book ticket on train no-:22824 through payzap qr codescanning, unfortunately time out/ session out occourred. But money dedcucted from my credit card, then again i tried to book new tickts and i sucessfully done.
So for refunding query i contacted payzaap but they confirmed that they have sent money to irctc and provide the proof details, so please refund my money back asap.
