[Resolved] Irctc — Poor Service at booking counters | |||
I m a regular customer of IRCTC. I frequently book tickets from the counter. But i dont understand why the rules are keep on changing whenever i go to book tickets. I always book tickets from CBD belapur station this time wen i went in the morning to buy tickets i had all the documents original pan card and Xerox as well i waited there for around 1 hour and when my turn came the booking clerk Named MR S M Sakhare said you have to book the ticket from counter no 2 Reason mentionaed was you are not self travelling . I really don't understand if i m waiting there for around 1 hour and then suddenly i will get to know this how would i react.. Is dis rule is applicable everywer or its just made for there convienence..how does it matter if i m taking the tickets from counter no 1 or 2???? And if the rule is applicable y is it not mentioned on the IRCTC website or at the counter itself. Was this information helpful? | |||
