[Resolved] IRCTC / Razorpay — please refund my amount | |||
Dear sir, Ref. Google transaction id: [protected], [protected]- booking dated 16/01/2018 Hey i am booked ticket through irctc connect via razorpay payment mode selected but my ticket not booked but amount deduct form my account. When i saw irctc site u already refund amount to my account but still not refund in my account. Please revert asap. Razorpay customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complaint author have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned. Verified Support Jan 31, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Kindly drop us a mail to [protected]@razorpay.com with the transaction ID and we will have this looked into.
