Irctc — refund against train more than 3 hrs late

dear sir/madam, i have filed a TDR for cancellation of travel ticket while the train was more than 9 hours late and the travel done by bus as it was urgent. but the IRCTC mailed me that the train went right time and TDR filed after due time, which is not correct at all. i again made a representation to [protected]@irctc.com twice but no response. pl look into the matter. the details of tickets are as below: PNR No:[protected], dt of journey:23/05/2014. kindly call me over ph, if needed at [protected].
