Irctc — Refund Amount not received | |||
My PNR is [protected]. Due to delay in arrival of Train I had to cancel my journey. As it was E-Ticket, I had to fill up Online TDR. To my surprise the amount is still not refunded and it's over 3 months. My Journey date was 25th July. I have sent 'n' no. of emails to TDR Process and CARE IRCTC email addresses, but all in vain. Is there any better department where we don't have lazy fellows working and who would be interested to solve customer's problem? Regards, Kamlesh Was this information helpful? | |||

I am not sure whether you notifying IRCTC is valuable because till date the query is still unresolved. I haven't received my Refund Amount and I get no response to emails which I send to IRCTC Customer care or to all the addresses which they have mentioned.
There should be some mechanism to SUE IRCTC and make them realize how pain and agony a person is in when they come across their department. They SHOULD NOT Claim that they have a better service as I can make out from the people talking in their customer care.
