Dear Sir, On25/12/14 reser vation was booked in A.C twotier.details is given below. Transaction ID [protected] PNR NO [protected] Date of booking 26/10/14 Train no 12621 Name of passenger Mrs sura bhi Reservation details A3 40(UB) Message given by 139&internet information said train was delayed by 5 hours.Actually train departed in correct time.SO she could catch the train. Finally she returned back to NAGPUR on 31/12/14 by flight. You are requested to refund the money immediately.
