Irctc — Refund issue | |
Hello! I am Aakash Sanas. I had reserved my from Vadodara to Itarsi for 13th of May 2015 by the train Somnath Express. But unfortunately I cancelled that ticket for the same day. The PNR number is [protected], and it was cancelled on 17th of April early morning. The refundable amount is Rs. 285/- for the same, but still it is not refunded to my account. Hi,
I have filled TDR for 4 tickets which are includes in 3 PNR, when train was late more than 3 hour so I didnot travel .
Please find below the PNR numbers :
1. PNR : [protected]
2. PNR : [protected]
3. PNR : [protected]
I didn't revive any response from IRCTC that when my these all balance will be credited to my bank .
Could you please help me and revert me when this will resolve and if you are not able to resolve this, tell me when I can escalate this matter or registered my complaints .
Also I have tried 10 customer care numbers of IRCTC and didnot get any response.

I had done Tatkal booking on 16 may 2015, for 17 may, my account got debited Amt 1343/- but i haven't got the booking for the same, at the same time i did another booking for which i got waiting ticket Amt 1043/-. ID through which i did booking is panna1859 please do the needful as i haven't got the refund of Amt 1343/-...
