Irctc — refund me | |||||
I tried booking a ticket on 20/10/2017 on irctc.co.in. Money got deducted but ticket was not booked. On irctc.co.in, status is not booked and payment is showing failed. Transaction id: [protected] No money refunded; it is 11 days now... You guys are a very poor gateway... And even worse customer service. No toll free numbers. Please do the needful...
