i have made a reservation from NZM-MAS in Duronto express dated 18-Feb-2014 for the journey on 15-Mar-2014. In the very same day i cancelled the ticket and in the website it showing, the refund is already made . But as of now i haven't received the refund amount. Please see to this matter and take necessary action to get my money back.
