Irctc — refund not yet credited in bank

I booked two ticket.. Cancelled it but not credited in my bank a/c... But in irctc showing refund to paytmag..

Cancellation id - [protected]
Redund amount - 90
Bank - paytmag
Status - refunded
Details of 2nd ticket:

Cancellation id - [protected]
Refund amount - 2240
Status sent to paytmag bank..
Kindly look in to this matter.. As soon as possible..

Food are not served as per menu.
Waiters are charging more than the prescribed rate for meal and tea as well.
Quality of food also is very inferior.
