Irctc — refund related issue | |
I had cancelled a ticket through IRCTC website on 14 April 2018, the ticket having PNR is [protected] . but yet refund is not issued to me .IRCTC is neglecting the issue .I had called so many times to IRCTC CUSTOMER CARE, but they are not giving the proper reply.
