Irctc — Regarding cash deduction without reason

I am Angada Naik. From my bank a/c 3 times cash deducted by irctc without any reason.The details are as under.
1. 11/08/2014 Rs.838.72, Ref no:[protected]
2. 13/08/2014 Rs.327.49 Ref no:[protected]
3. 21/08/2014 Rs.848.72 Ref no:[protected]
