[Resolved]  Irctc — regarding refund of cancelled tickets

I have booked 3 tickets for 5 people on 5/10/14 but due to some reasons I have cancelled the tickets on 12/10/14 and its been 16 days but still the amount has not been refunded.the details of the cancelled tickets are- 1)ahmedabad to somnath Train no.11464, pnr no. [protected], journey date is 26/11/14, total charge is 3472rs 2)somnath to dwarka Train no.19251, pnr-[protected], journey date is 27/11/14, total charge is 3347rs 3)dwarka to ahmedabad Train no.16337, pnr no.[protected], journey date is 29/11/14, total charge is 3697 rs All the tickets are booked on 5/10/14 and cancelled on 12/10/14 and all the tickets are of ac 3rd class and general quota.tickets were bookedbookebookedbook online . Kindly look in the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible
