Irctc — request for refund

Dear irctc team, please find attached screen shot for reference, i kindly request u to check into this and help me in getting my refund as early as possible. NOTE:- i have been following for past 20 days. my irctc a/c page shows "ACCOUNT CLOSED" in refund history sub section . Request to kindly explain and revert on this.

My PNR No. [protected] e-ticket cancelled online on 03 Jul 2017, DOJ :05 -Jul-2017 respectively. The amount INR 5830/- has not been credited/refund into my account till today[protected] though it was uinformed during cancellation that the refunded amount will be credited into your account within 3-4 days. Kindly verify and inform me.- KN GAUTAM
