My father who is a senior citizen booked a ticket through travel agent from allahabad to mumbai in Duranto exp for journey date 9th may 2015 but no senior citizen concession is given to him while on ticket from mumbai to allahabad concession was given. please take the matter into account and inform me how to get refund. the ticket detail is as under.
