Irctc — TDR closed by IRCTC.

I had filed TDR on 25th Dec 2014 01:30:22 AM, and i have given reason "Train Was Late More then 3 hr. and passenger's not travelled" First time IRCTC rejected my TDR with reason "Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY". On that time i concerned with customer care and raised ticket to reopen my case because i filed TDR before train reached on my station and train was delay approx 5 hr. IRCTC re-opend my case and then rejected with reason "Train was running ontime". In actual scenario train started from starting point more then 5 hr late.
