This is in reference to TDR request for refund against PNR Number [protected] for reason "Passenger Not Travelled.", with Reference No :[protected] filed on 31st Jan 2015.
I have not received any update so far on the Refund process.
Much to my surprise, the TDR history data is not showing this entry (along with so much other data missing like booked history, etc- a concern shared by many users as apparent from so many complaints on comsumercomplaints.in)
Except an auto-generated mail after filing of TDR, there has been No update, No notification and on top of that my request goes missing from TDR history.
Where did my booked history and TDR request go?.
(FYI, I have checked in Old system as well as new Next Gen E-Ticketing system)
This is very shameful for nation's largest e-commerce site.
Please take a quick action, it has been already 3 months!!
