Irctc — ticket is not booked and money deducted in my account | |||
Dear sir/mam, I am subhash singh. I was book ticket by irctc app at 05 Mar 2018 but ticket is not booked and money deducted in my account. Last 10 days completed but refund not receive in my account.I am already Compalin in IRCTC Email.[protected]@irctc.co.in.with Ref(#8370385), Ref(#8370455).Now IRCTC is not responding to me.I am also Compalin in SBI Customer Care Exc.but they said money deducted to IRCTC app.Please Contact IRCTC website.No One Help Me and complete query. My ticket cancelled and my pnr no.is [protected] and my transaction id is [protected] because my ticket cost not refund in my account but irctc website shown that your money return by payumpp bank "what's the matter "
