Irctc — Transaction of Cancellation Ticket Refund Amount Regd.

I had booked the Train Ticket from Chennai Central to Coimbatore thro.Kovai Super Past Express Train on 10/12/2014 but due to unavoidable circumstances I missed the train and I did not travel on that date.the same day I cancelled the Ticket.through TDR and got the Cancellation Ref.No..[protected] dtd.10/12/2014.But as off now I did not received the Cancellation Refund amount.till date.More over I have recd. the System generated mail dtd.16/12/2014 stated that the Refund amount was credited through opted payment gate way for Rs.90/=.But after verified My Bank Account Statement, since no such amount has been credited into my Account till date.Hence I request you to kindly credit the necessary Refund Amount at the earliest.
