[Resolved] Irctc — Two tatkal tickets booked on same person | |||
Hi my name is Anuj Pal. I had booked one tatkal ticket by IRCTC website from ADI to BPL but due to some technical error site gets stuck and didnt respond. Again I tried to book same ticket but this time my ticket was booked but previous ticket was also got confirmed. Now I have two tatkal ticket for single person. IRCTC should put some validation over Tatkal scheme so only one ticket should allow per person. Here's the details for two tatkal ticket. PNR: [protected] TRAIN:11463 Seat: S9, 51, Anuj Pal FARE:450.0 SC:11.24 PNR: [protected] TRAIN:11463 Seat: S9, 38, Anuj Pal FARE:450.0 SC:11.24 I talked to T.T. He said he will marked absent for one of my seat, How is that possible when person is travelling on another seat and marked absent on other seat. Please refund my fare for other tatkal ticket.
