Irctc — Unable to retrieve account - password | |||
Hi IRCTC Support, I had an irctc account with userID (gaurjimmy) using my email ID ([protected]@gmail.com). A while back I tried logging in the account to get some tickets booked it showed the userID or the password is invalid (which clearly was the same I'd been using previously). Anyway, I tried using the "forgot password" option to retrieve my password and turns out the answer to my security question was also wrong. I clearly remember my password and the security answer but somehow your system is rejecting them. Now, if I try to create a new account it doesn't allow me because I can't use my mobile number again ([protected]). Please help me in this regard. I've been having a lot of problem with IRCTC lately.
