[Resolved] Irctc — Unsatisfactory and faulty services | |
This is about my journey from DLI to JUC on 21 oct. Pnr no. [protected]. The train was Jat Muri express. I booked a second AC ticket. Online i checked about the delay and there it showed 2 hrs late then i enquired through irctc enquiry and they told me train is on time. Assuming live enquiry to be more reliable i had to wait for the train 3 hrs on the platform. And finally when the train arrived to my utter disappointment there was no 2nd Ac coach on train. They had attached 3rd ac instead of secnd ac. I feel duped by railways i have no one way to air my concern. Please look into the matter and refund me the difference of 3rd ac and 2nd ac fare. This is not only my request but other people's too who faced the same problem. Was this information helpful? | |
