I have tried to book a ticket from udaipur (Udz) to indore (Indb) for 31st of january 2018 with train number 19330 in 3 tier ac. The payment of rs745 have been deducted from my account with the transaction id-[protected] but ticket wasn't booked. That's all money i had in my account and i have to go indore on the same day as i am having a very important interview there. I know all the refund policies but as a exception i have called your customer care but didn't get any appropriate solution all the more the customer care executive was so much rude and stubborn. He was continuously arguing senseless. I requested him to escalate the issue to his senior or supervisor but he put me on hold for long without taking the hold back. I request you, as exceptional case kindly consider my situation and please refund the amount as soon as possible because the seats are limited.
