Hello team,
I had booked a ticket for 2 adult through irctc (Online) on14th august and the time which was shown for departure was 13:00 at noon and we reached at 12:50 but the train had already left at 12:45pm. We had emergency but due to wrong time shown we faced loss morally & financially. We both have confirmed seats.
Then i have submitted complaint at chandigarh station. Kindly find the attachments as well. I am not asking you about my refund 660inr.. I am not happy with your services. I have called so many time to irctc customer care but did't get any resolution. Irctc customer care is very poor and pathetic customer care service in a world. I demand for the claim + 660inr/-+ multiple (*) 10 extra approx 6600 to 10k. Anyways loss what we face that will be still more then what we have claimed. It's totally harassment for us to face such situation.
I have already checked tdr rules with chandigarh station superintendent. There is no any tdr reason according to my case. Kindly go through in this case and then reply or call me. I am not happy with this and i will take strict action against you and your services. I am not asking you about my 660rs. Refund. I demand for the claim 10, 000.
I need proper resolution. Kindly go through in this case and revert me back.
