IRCTC/online Ticket Booking — Amount not refunded in my account

Kindly refund my amount against my pnr number of which the ticket is being cancelled on 1st july 2017.

Please se the atatched receipts which i have received from the counter after i surrendered my tickets.

Kindly also suggest as to when my refuneded amount will
