Hi,
I tried to book a ticket on irctc website on 15 dec 2017 and 23 dec 2017. But the transactions got failed and to my surprise the amount of rs 1455/- and rs 575/- respectively were deducted from my account.in total, i lost rs. 2030/-. Till now, the amount has not been refunded to my account. When enquired with irctc, they denied the receipt of the amount and when enquired with the bank in which i hold the account, they informed that the amount has been credited to the irctc. Now, even after sending mails, irctc is not responding to my mails.
The bank account from the date of booking has been enclosed as attachment (Kindly find the attachement) and the details of both the transactions are given below:-

Therefore i humbly request you to look into the matter seriously and help me in getting the total amount of rs 2030/- refunded back to my account at the earliest failing to which i may be forced to lodge complaints to higher authorities to get concern in my issue and solve my grievence. Hoping for a speedy response.
