IRCTC/online Ticket Booking — refund of money as transaction failed

Sir,
I had made payment for my online ticket booking from shalimar to jharsuguda on 11/12/2017 but my ticket didn't booked. My transaction id [protected]. I booked my ticket for train shm ltt express (18030) on tatkal quota for sleeper class but it is showing payment status as failed although my bank account got debited with full amount of ticket that is rs406.19. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
