IRCTC/online Ticket Booking — ticket cancelled but not refunded | |||
I have cancelled my flight ticket in 1st week of february, 2018 but still i am chasing irctc customer care to refund my amount. I am receiving the same reply everytime, as quoted, since i cancelled my ticket"we acknowledge the receipt of your email and would like to inform you that your refund amount is under process". It is quite frustrating. Legal action is required against there customer services. Was this information helpful? | |||
