Jack Of All Threads [JOAT] Complaints & Reviews

I have a very bad exp with Jack of all threads .JOTORD 219025 I have placed order for 3 polo T shirts against the mentioned Order no. But I didnt get any call, no one delivered the product to me .

When I contacted the customer care I got a reply saying that product has been returned back to them and it would take some time to resend it . I was ok with the proposal and asked them either resend or refund .

I ordered a huddy fro your site it's defective ..I send the mail with pictures ...your team (prem ) replied me on that they refund my money ...I provide all details of bank...but after 15 day ..money not transfer. ..even no one reply me on mail.

The product that I received was not upto the quality...The Logo that has been printed is of very poor quality .The t-shirt will surely expand in 2-3 washes.I have Joat about this problem, via their Facebook page.

The hooodie i ordered came as if it was being used by someone the quality is very poor and it doent look like the way it was being displayed in the picture...Please replace it as early as poosible...

I had ordered Lamborghini hoodie in jack of all threads but I didn't like the quality of jacket and it is tight but when i call to customers care number no response call failure and email also not working please provide correct number and mail id i eant to return product and refund my amount...

The order id of the product was:JOTORD 193305 I had ordered a Barcelona Polo T-shirt.The T-shirt is of the worst quality;the Barcelona logo went off just after the first wash. The T-shirt is also losing color, the Nike symbol on the T-shirt has also blurred. It is the cheapest product that I've ever received from an online order of apparels.It seems that JOAT is a cheat and is defrauding people. Utterly shameful and horrible!!!...

The hoodie's qualitie is worst . it stretches the skin inside. The length of sleeves are not same. The sleeves are long compare to the other sizes. The size is not correct as shown in company's size chart. So refund quickly....
