27 Dec 2015 my mobile number was [protected] / [protected]. request of refund / return my product. my order ID was - JOATORD 192476 The product (Ferrari-Puma Hoodie ) that I received was not up to the quality... The logo that has been printed is too poor quality. and also material according to puma brand was to cheep. The Hoodie will get expanded surely in mall.. Ultimately it's one of the poor product... Will never purchase anything...

Not returning the product

I Ordered a T-shirt from JOAT (JackOfAllThreads) but the priinting of the T-shirt is not upto the mark.

I contact them via mail with the pictures but they refuses to accept their mistake and not returning my product.

The quality of the product is not worth of Rs 666/-.

Online order got failed but amount got debited.

I was purchasing a t-shirt worth Rs 399/- from jack of all threads but my order got failed and amount from my account got debited. The payment collector (payu) is not responding properly. they answer me with fix language. I want my money back and now with interest. Payu told me every time that they do not get my money but my money got debited....
