I had been facing a technical glitch on my first js profile, which their team was unable to resolve. Hence, i had to create a second profile & needed some time to note important info from my old profile. But, since i was traveling for 2 weeks, i could not delete my first profile. They deleted both my profiles, without any intimation or logical explanation. And now, my personal info & pics are at a high risk of being misused.

My Profile has been deleted by JS team without any intimation. I am a paid member and without informing me and without any reason, they have deleted my profile. Nobody bothered to reply to my email on [protected]@jeevansaathi.com.

I don't know why my profile was deleted by you people. But since you did this, therefore i want you people to erase each and every information, and images, of mine in order to remove the risk of me being involved in any kind of harm, risk, or fraud from your website. I am paid registered customer of jeevansathi.com .I mail a lot of time to the concern but found no result .
I request through mail not to send me the desired partner profile as
1)Out of desired areas.
2)don't send manglik .

We had paid substantial amount for finding suitable match for my daughter on the basis of the claim that all the eValue, eAdvantage etc category members are all verified for the details provided. I regret that nothing of this claim was visible and we ended up in sharing information with the owners of Profile ZUXU1235 and now exposed to unknown risk for the lifetime as info may be misused. Hello, I took a membership on jeevansathi and after expiration of membership, I can't view the messages or contacts which I saw during the membership period. So it's users responsibility to maintain that. What privileges you are giving to the members. Fraud profile id - zvua3969. he claims to be a doctor from uk and there are several other fake profile like his on different matrimony websites with the exactly same biodata. we spoke to each other for 2 weeks almost and whenever i asked about his family he refused. he pretends that parents are no more, don't know exactly if they exists or not. he has one brother named rohit but you will never found anyone with such names. please see below...

For paid service out of that time limit is their, Now after viewing all invalid number i need refund of the services which they are fail to do ..I have contacted customer services center no positive answer i received .
