I had ordered designer Earrings for my wife. While booking it online, hidden charges were applied for Cash on Delivery. I was not allowed to change the mode of payment even after requesting within few minutes from placing the order.

The delivery took 15 days and that too wrong ear-ring. When I asked them for replacement, I was told about the policy.

I need to send the ear-ring back to their vendor bearing the expenses. Any delay or damage to the product while delivery will result in no replacement.Once the wrong product reaches to vendor, then he will send the correct one (hopefully).

No discussion about the hidden charges, time delay, late replies from customer care, additional cost to me. Really pathetic and worst service. I am beginning to loose my confidence in online shopping due to these fellows.

Please DO NOT buy anything from Mirraw. I had initially ordered two sarees worth $17 and $29. They wrote back saying that the $29 saree is not available and if I wanted to order something else. I asked them to send two extra sarees worth $17 each instead of the $29 saree and paid the difference in price. I had placed these orders on January 5th and I finally received only two sarees worth $17 each.

Looks like the Mirraw team are amateurs running an online business just to cheat customers.

Before placing order for two sarees I called and confirmed that they have the two sarees in stock and I was confirmed that they had ths sarees and will be shipped. Since I did not get the sarees on due dates I called and was told that they had only one and they have ordered the other. Subsequently when I pressed them for the shipment they informed me that one saree was defective and have re-ordered. Since then I received only one saree and the other has not been received. I have called the number they gave me, only a voice mail says that they have my number and the directors are busy and they will call me back. I made several international calls and no one responded. My numerous emails are also not returned with the status of the other saree. I am truly worried that they are showing sarees that they do not have in their stock. I am contemplating more serious action against Mirraw.

While I have never purchased anything from Mirraw, I would advise purchasers to READ THE FINE PRINT before blindly providing your payment information online. Depending on which part of the world you're in, there WILL be custom charges. So read that before you start complaining about it. Customer Service is absolutely important and I would also be really pissed after I spend hundreds of dollars on something and then receive a defective product and on top receive poor customer service. (I've been there with other service providers). Here's my advice: Instead of spending thousands of dollars at one time, why not spend smaller amount on 1 or 2 items and see how it goes. Keep track of how long it would take to get the items - monitor your purchases! If you're satisfied afterwards, then make the big purchases. Just sayin'!

As for me, I'll drive to the nearest South Asian merchant, try on the outfits and then purchase it. Your bad reviews of Mirraw reassured me that its better to hit the local stores then rely on online purchases, albeit expensive ones!

i am also experiencing the same issues with Mirraw right now! they have scammed me! i bought semi stitched anarkali and when i received it, it looked like a rag with threads hanging out from the embroidery and the centerpiece was sewn crooked. threads were hanging out from everywhere on the garment. even the motifs on the actual garment and on the arms were different with more threads hanging out! please be careful to all who want to purchase from here. i have just done so research on a site that warns against buying from mirraw. i have been cheated from my money! and they dont respond to emails.
Mirraw are online frauds. I purchased sarees from them and they sent me sarees half the price of what I paid, I received cheap crap. ON LINE FRAUDS. South Africa

Request you please do not buy anything online and preferably from this sight. They are horrible. They are cheaters. The product is not upto the mark. What us shown in the picture, the product is totally opposite to it. Material is cheap.
I had very bad experience from Mirraw. I live in USA. I have written email to Mirraw team 5 to 6 times but didn't get any satisfied answer and I have purchased 3 jewelry on 25th June, my money processed though PayPal and already paid $44 but I didn’t get any order or tracking number. On 7th July again I ordered three same jewelery and this time I chose Cash on Delivery at my house in India. I got Order number this time, but what will I do with same kind of jewelry??? First they need to give me order number of my previous order and need to let me know where is that order now??? Then they should allow me to modify my order within that range. But I am not getting any kind of answer from this company.
Various reviews on no refund had put me in worry but then when I contacted the mirraw team, I was happy with their fast response and assurance about the complete refund. I had sent back the product on 8th of august and immediately they responded me assuring that once the product is confirmed from vendor, they will process the refund. By 11th of august I got the mail that they have started the refund process and within week I shall get the refund. And so within a week I got it. Really good service.
Hi, we have ordered salwar on 18/08/2015 on Mirraw online and the order No .M[protected] and the Product code. EBFSK09109 my Mobile No [protected] . Full payment has been done by card on the same day.

Please don't buy anything from mirraw.com its a worst website I have ever seen . I bought a suit from

that website and when I received it was different as it was shown in the website and they sent me very

less cloth for the salwar, it was a costly suit . I called them five

times I mailed them 3 times but no reply. They have very poor and worst customer service. I am really

disappointed with the mirraw team.
I concur the above person. Please don't buy anything from mirraw.com its a worst website I have ever seen . Especially overseas people.. stay away.. "Looks can be deceiving". Their website has tons of beautiful salwars, but what you get in hand is a "trash". I shipped in India, to my home. I asked for a change of address. They accepted and confirmed. I was happy about that. But, they have a poor communication going on within their customer service. Later on I came to know it's still in Fedex location in my city because of incorrect delivery addres (?).

One of the representative agrees to ship to my home address, then later asks me to go and collect it from Fedex. He has not even specified which Fedex location in bangalore. Waste of time, money, , and energy. I thought the war is over, but when I got in hand, the salwar material was very cheap. duppatta is like a scarf which has barely any length. On top of that I didnt recieve the jewelery set.

No reimbursement. No refunds.. Staw away people..
what about buying today, what do you recommend to me?

Omg ...recently i placed an order on 31st of october and was excited that my order is on the way but after reading this um surely gonna say no to that order...thank god it is cod(cash on delivery)
