Omg...recently have ordered some stuff from mirraw and waz excited that my order is on the way but after reading i am definetly gonna say no to them...thank it is cod(cash on dilevery)..

i would like to know if you have really opened your site for the people to purchase products, or to just waste their time, and never provide the required product, before, or even, on time..?
i must say, i have had one of the worst experiences in shopping sarees from your website..
absolutely unreliable customer care and useless people on board, who dont even understand the value of customer's request, time and investment, who are experts in fooling customers with nonsensical reasons.
when you people cant provide your services timely, when you cant keep up with your words, when you dont have enough funds to fund urgent deliveries, then why dont you shut your site down, or mention there, that we cant service your requests, so dont make or expect the same.

i ordered for the same product, twice, once on cod, then on prepaid, as directed by ur c-care person(biggest fools in the history of online shopping), and was told by one person on c care that the product would reach to me, by the date, wch is today, ie, 7th, saturday.
and, as a matter of fact, (i dun know whether i shud laugh or cry on my foolishness to have ordered from your site ), the product shows the status as "pending", since day 1...amazing no?! and its already 15 days since i ordered it the first time.
huh.
i would never ever recommend anyone to buy anything from here, rather prevent people and save them from this trouble well.

I suppose this season you have tried to gobble up more than you could. I have been a steady customer who actually received goods right in time.

But with my order M[protected] the story is very very different. I had ordered a designer lahenga which i really loved and requested for availability. On receiving your mail that the product is back on racks, i immediately purchased it. The order confirmation mail stated delivery time as 15th november but till date the tracker shows it to be pending. The problem is i have made the payment (unlike other time when i generally go for COD). I guess had been blinded by my faith on you and my love for the dress. Now am without any information regarding my order. Your customer service is always busy and nobody calls me back though it promises to do so. My mails at your [protected]@mirraw.freshdesk.com (Ticket ID - 322094.) has gone unanswered.

Is this the way respond to your old customers????

Bad Service, Product is different from display and Real one. I've ordered three dresses. I got one after a week of Delivery date and didn't even know the info of other two. The dress I took is not good quality so I'm trying to return it but none is responding via Phone nor email.
Service is very bad, I've ordered 3 products and I've received onlyone. Thr product is not a good quality. It is different from display. So I need to return back the product.
I'm trying to reach customer care they are not responding at all. It is disgusting.
Miraw is one of the worse online shopping companies I have come across. very poor customer service.

I am a customer from Sri Lanka who was cheated by Mirraw. I requested several time to check if the ordered products are available before i made the payment. Bharat Yadav, a customer service representative from Mirraw called me personally and said he would make sure to deliver my stuff without any issue. but after I made the payment they informed me one of the products are not available. In-fact they have got money for a product that is not available.

Now Bharat is not neither calls me not replies any of my mails. I requested them to replace this items with some other shalwars but now they are asking me to pay another US 29 whereas earlier I paid in Indian Rupees. Purchasing in US$ is not worth I could buy in Sri Lanka for that price. However I keep getting mails saying that product is back in stock. When I inquired about it no one replies my mails. There phone number does not get connected.

They just kept sending me irrelevant mails without responding to my question but now I keep writing to them no one has responded to me for past 3-4 days.. I am very disappointed with their service and lost my money IN Rs. 8267.00. If they don't solve my issue within this week I will write to National Justice Council in Delhi. They must be thinking that they can cheat me as I am an international customer and cant do anything. I have my relatives and friends in India and I will make sure to give them a tuff time so that they wont do the same to any other customer.

Hi madam... Is your issue resolved.. I am one amongst who got cheated from this bloody people.. Even I am complaining to national justice council in Delhi.. I am visiting Tommorow with all call recordings, mails which I got from them. IL teach them a very good lesson..

i am very happy..
yes i also faced some problem that i received a saree from Bansidhar fabrics which product quality was very poor and saree was also deffective from some sides and cut was there i imminently inform mirraw and sent the pics of defective areas of saree. There was a long wait on call but with in 2 days my query was resolved by mirraw even the sent my money back to my account not even the cost of saree only even the cost of speed post cost also.
I can defenetly say that i am the happy buyer of Mirraw and will continue purchasing

It's a horrible site to shop for. I ordered two salwar kamij on February 4th and the delivery date showed February 29th. On 29th they emailed telling me one of the product is not available. I asked them to refund my money immediately. I still haven't received the other product neither my money...DO NOT USE THIS SITE...

I strongly advise to stay away from this website. These guys think that they are at the top of the e-commerce business, creating ticket closure notice for every single ticket raised. And then they simply do not care. Highly irresponsive behaviour, once you make payment just forget that you can track your order correctly.

One of my order got cancelled because they had no stock. It took them 2 months to refund, seriously are you guys kidding. Everytime they used to mail that refund will be done in next 48 hrs. They do not understand that there are 30 ...48 hrs cycles in 2 months. Even though, they didnt care to refund me untill I decided to sue them in consumer court. And then magic happened. It took me 48 hrs to compile my case, and within exact 48 hrs they refunded. Mirraw, I am a technical person, do not befool me that due to technical reasons, refund was getting delayed. If you are not capable for a simple refund, just get out from the business. And if you want free money, I would be happy to consider you a begger and throw money on you guys.

You guys made me miss my chance for my 1st consumer court case. I regret that, I couldn't sue you.

mirraw people dont rely once they got the payment, they took my money its been 5 months there is no rely from these cheaters ...

I ordered two dresses from mirraw and the material and colors are not the same as shown in the picture...not happy overall
I have purchased 4 items from Mirrauw. I received them 13 July 2016. Unfortunately, I received two sets of one item and my last item was not even included.
I wrote to customer service and it took time to respond.
To avoid confusion, I created a table in word document format and highlighted in RED that I got two of the same item and one item I did not receive at all.
The response was the shipping cost to send back was very high, I should keep those dresses and they will ive me 10 % off my next purchase. I have sent them pictures of the order I received and still no response.

The quality of fabric was upsetting for me. I also received 2 of the same item and that item was supposed to be navy blue and orange as per my order but I received black and orange. I did request to keep the one item and send three back because I was not happy but they gave me a whole story so to make their life easy I suggested I will keep the three items even if Im not happy but the one they made a mistake and set two of they need to pick up and give me the one item I had ordered.
I am still waiting to hear from them.
The sales or support do not understand it seems and although information is given and evident they still miss important points and show rudeness over emails to customers.
The customer does not come first and I will never buy from this site ever again.
