Hey, Very sorry about the experience you all had. We are working on getting COD up and running as we speak and it should be live very soon. We deliver almost all our products within the first 3-4 working days and a max of 8 days domestically. Sincerely sorry that you did not receive your products as promised. I had purchased an saree online in www.mirraw.com, worth rs.4999 on 6 august but it has not been delivered yet i tried to contact them on the number given on the website but they say that number does noy exist amd they are not replying for mail. mobile number switched off. I am from India

I ordered 5 dress materials all were faulty so opted for refund sent the items by tracked delivery which cost me about rs 1000 and I am waiting to hear about the refund of 8403. I feel very cheated and let down.
And yeah, its clear now, my doubt of this bogus company have been cleared, they really know how to con people. Have inserted the right address and now the tracking number system is telling me my address is incomplete. Shipment failed...etc.
Aren't you ashamed, fooling people, our reason behind buying products from your online store was that we relied upon your service. Trusted you. For me it was my first online shopping experience which you have turned into a nightmare. My bro is getting married in November, was relying to get my saree and churidar. I don't earn big, my family is a middle class one, all my money has gone in the water now. Neither will I get my products nor will I be compensated.

Please don't buy anything from Mirraw specially Riti riwaz and Fab Fiza products.
They just know to rob their client. I had bought 2 suits worth Rs 4000 and still struggling back to get my money back.
They are cheaters. They show you something else online and will send our some other stuff that will really not match with the real one.

I placed my order yesterday and i get read reviews here today after placing my order. Looks like i shouldn't have placed my order. And when i am trying to track my order now it is not showing me anything and taking me to homepage all the time.

I placed an order for Bangle on 26 Sep 2014. I got my product(Bangle) delivered today in wrong size(2.6)
I have requested for 2.8 but it is delivered in small size which will not fit for me. I have raised a ticket for return on the day of delivery itself(Oct 07 2014) but there is no response for next 2 days.
Inner package of the delivery has clearly mentioned as 2.6” but in the outer courier package someone has overwritten as 2.8”. Attaching proof for the same.
There is a mess-up in checking a product for Delivery. It clearly shows that Packing team knows they are offering wrong size to customer and they didn’t care on replacing a right one. Do you think whatever you send, customer will accept?

I have ordered gold pearl dangler ear cuffs (M[protected] from www.mirraw.com extremely unsatisfied from the product received. It's but obvious the earrings are always in pair. But the product received contains only ear earrings. For the second ear i have to order again which come to me costlier than expected. This is a case of misrepresentation and will never recommend anyone to order from this website.
