[Resolved] Kent RO — kent mineral ro - kent prime water purifier. | |||
After seeing the advertisements/ wide publicity of kent ro in tv and news papers, i was encouraged to go for a new and telephoned to kent customer care toll free number-[protected] for demonstration of kent mineral ro water purifier with ro+uf+uv+tds control. After detail appraisal of the improved features of the water filter, i purchased the purifier and subsequently as advised fitted one kent pre-sediment filter. As per the instruction handbook supplied with the kent prime (Page-5), there is filter change alarm system along with uv fall alarm. The installation was made on 13/6/016 by bhanjadhara aquaguard, baripada-757001. I was seriously waiting for filter change alarm for change of filter candles but as i did not hear any alarm, on 28/9/18 i telephoned to [protected] i lodged a complain with req. No[protected]. At 5:15 pm i received a call from tel no-[protected]-mr. Satyabrata and i talked on my problem and requested him to check to problem for non function of the filter change alarm on payment of service charges by me but he expressed his incapability/ reluctance to check the fault / defects in the water filter installed by them or system is not equipped with the alarm system as per the booklet and as mentioned on bottom of the kent ro water filter. As the service personnel of baripada on 28/9/2018 refused to inspect the fault for which till date there is no indication i. E filter change alarm is heard even though more than two years has elapsed, i suspect there is fault with the unit. Hence, i am expressing my deep discontentment of being supplied with a defective kent prime water purifier and request for immediate action on the matter otherwise i will be compelled to take further course of legal action as per consumer forum rules of government of india.
