Kent RO — Waste of money in kent - bad odor in water, shocked since installed brand new kent grand + | |||||
Complaint no[protected] After 10 years o[censored]sage of aqua guard reviva, i thought to invest in kent and i have just bought kent ro grand + 2 days back and installed. After 4 flush, there is persisting smell in water. Very disheartening to give complaint to customer care for your brand new product, after that they have assigned technician and when i spoke to technician he said "what h will do if water is smelly and refused to come" his name is bala krishna. I will give 01 out of 10 to kent, and believe me i find eureka forbes aqua guard has done better job in last 8 years. It is sincere request to please assign senior engineer to look in the issue, or please refund my money by taking back your 3rd grade product.
