Kohinoor Televideo — Bad Service provided by Kohinoor agent for HITACHI REFRIGERATOR cooling issue | |||
Hi Team, This is in regards with the product HITACHI REF FF RS-G37BPND GS. Issue: we had called Kohinoor customer care for a complaint of cooling issue in our Refrigerator on 16th OCT 2020. They sent a mechanic named "Shahrukh Khan" and his manager's name was "Azmi". Shahrukh Khan said that there is a problem with the motor and it needs to be replaced so he took the part with him and came back with a new one the next day. The issue remained the same and when contacted them again they are not answering our calls. We later called HITACHI customer care and came to know we have been fooled and duplicate parts were installed. We want to raise this issue and want an explanation from Kohinoor that how can they send someone who is not authorized by the company. Attaching Invoice along with.
