No response from customer care after multiple reminders as wrong item shipped

I had made a purchase on their website, and as part of the order i received a wrong product. Koovs has had an easy returns and exchange policy, and so when i went to register a return, to my surprise i saw that they have revoked the exchange policy. Now in normal circumstances this is fine, however if its not been communicated to customers how are they supposed to know that the return / exchange policy is revoked. Their homepage only highlights...

I had ordered a dress from koovs and I had pre paid for that order... my order no. is : 7827687.. I waited for many days...the order is stuck on "packed" status for many days.. and I had mailed them asking for the order delay...
They responded me with " We apologize for the inconvenience and the bad experience you had with us.
Further, we would like to inform you that your order '7827687' has been returned (RTO) by the courier...

I ordered denim jacket, tshirt, polo shirt from koovs . They didn't said anything at time of booking ordr once I received the parcel I didn't liked jacket as it was not promising as compared to image and I request to return my jacket but they are telling it cannot be returned becuz of covid. Refund not credited to account

A refund was initiated for order number: 7801530 for an amount of rs.1299.
The status shows that it has been refunded but it hasn't been credited to my bank account....

Ordered a pair of shoes and a sweatshirt but had to return both because of size issue. The recieved the refund against the shoes but not for the sweatshirt even after 3 months. I have sent 20 emails and for each they reply same copy pasted message that refund is initiated and will recieve the amount in 7-10 days, it's been 3 months but haven't received the amount....

No refund yet now

I have made a purchase of rupees 1456 through my debit card on 29th january at 8:34 pm.
However the order got cancelled in their app by itself.
I emailed them as it was a pre paid order and send them my order details.
They responded me through emails only.
After 2days they responded that they are looking after the matter. After 20 days they told me they refunded me the money.
But till date 11.3.21 I havent...

I Ordered a denim shirt and a jeans on 29th december, 2020 (Order Number 7753410) and due to size related issue I initiated a return request with bank refund on 7th Jan, 2021 as soon as I got the product.(Return Reference Number- C32964).The koovs agent has already picked the return order since 2 days and still any further detail regarding the return order status or the refund status has not been reached to me....

Product shown different than product received

So I ordered a dress from koovs, and the dress delivered looked completely different from the dress that was shown on the model! They made the model wear a much expensive and well made version of the same product while the one delivered had the cheapest cloth and had ugly additions of it’s own! (That wasn’t there at all in the pic) and now because of the coronavirus pandemic I can’t return or replace the product, which would have been...

Delivery of my packages

On 12th august 2020, i tracked my order to check the status and i saw it had been out to deliver. To my dismay, i did not receive it on that day. The next day, i waited for it com but it did not. Also, i did not receive any message with the agent's name and number.
Today, 14th august and still no trace of the package.
This is my first time buying from koovs and i'm highly disappointed and dissatisfied by it.

Wrong product sent in place of what was originally ordered and charged for the original product

I had placed an order on 27th july on KOOVS mobile application in which I had ordered 3 items, one of the items has been wrongly sent in place of another product that was originally ordered. Hello i am radhika today i ordered 4 products from koovs.com for INR1488 . my amount was deducted from my account but i haven't recieved any SMS OR AN EMAIL regarding whether my order is placed or not. 1. Details: I ordered 3 tops - 2 are discounted products and 1 non-discounted product.

2. Concern: A product bought at full price should be eligible for 'RETURN / EXCHANGE' . If there are some policies then it should be explicitly mentioned so it's easily accessible by the customer. I had double checked before placing the order, nothing was mentioned on the site.
